Senior People Consultant – Fixed Term

About the role

Workday is seeking an experienced Senior People Consultant to join the People Operations team supporting EMEA workmates on a fixed‑term basis. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, helping them navigate performance, policy, and compliance challenges while contributing to the development of HR strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide coaching and guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and interpretation of company policies.
• Assist managers and employees in applying people tools, policies, and procedures to drive performance and engagement.
• Support country‑specific compliance requirements, with a focus on Ireland and other selected EMEA locations.
• Analyze HR data, identify trends, and propose proactive solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with the broader People & Purpose team to design and implement HR processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR generalist or People Consultant in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements in EMEA, especially Ireland.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
