Senior Product Designer

About the role

Mastercard is building the next generation of small‑business experiences. As a Senior Product Designer you will work at the intersection of design, product, data and technology to shape the future of Mastercard’s SME ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design from discovery through delivery for web, mobile and platform experiences.
• Identify customer needs, market opportunities and business challenges through research, data and stakeholder collaboration.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define vision, prioritize opportunities, prototype concepts and validate solutions.
• Create user flows, journey maps, high‑fidelity prototypes and contribute to scalable design systems.

Required profile

• 6+ years designing and shipping digital products for consumer, B2B or B2B2C markets.
• Strong product thinking, ability to influence strategy and articulate design decisions.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, collaborative, cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma, including component systems, prototyping and variables.
• Experience using Figma Make or similar AI‑assisted design tools.
• Deep understanding of design systems, atomic design principles and responsive layouts.
