Senior Project Manager – 18‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

This 18‑month fixed‑term position is focused on leading the end‑to‑end implementation of a new business platform for a local IT provider in Dublin. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, finance, HR, procurement and IT, as well as external delivery partners, to ensure a successful go‑live and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Drive programme governance, risk assessment and issue management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and manage resources, budgets and timelines to meet project milestones.
• Engage and manage third‑party vendors and external parties involved in the implementation.
• Provide regular stakeholder reporting and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee post‑go‑live support and adoption activities.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end technology implementation projects from discovery to go‑live.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple departments.
• Experience in managing large‑scale projects involving CRM, PSA or ERP systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Dublin and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
