Senior Project Manager – End-to-End Delivery Lead

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and delivery‑focused Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end projects from discovery through to closure. The role ensures objectives are met on scope, timeline, budget and quality while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment and a high standard of customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of cross‑functional projects across business, change and technology teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear, timely and accurate status reporting to project teams and senior stakeholders.
• Prepare governance and steering materials, escalating issues where intervention is required.
• Ensure project deliverables are documented, version‑controlled, approved and completed on schedule.
• Oversee change control processes, ensuring implications are understood and formally agreed.
• Manage third‑party vendors to ensure delivery is on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Promote continuous improvement and support effective collaboration across teams.

Required profile

• Strong experience managing complex cross‑functional projects through full lifecycle delivery.
• Excellent project planning, coordination and governance capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, budgets, risks and competing priorities.
• Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Analytical, structured and delivery‑oriented, comfortable managing complexity.
