Senior Project Manager

About the role

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high‑profile construction programmes. You will work alongside experienced teams, gaining broad industry exposure while taking responsibility for delivering high‑quality project and programme management services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing scope, priorities, KPIs and the Project Execution Plan.
• Prepare, review and recommend Design Team RFPs and appointments.
• Document, minute and track actions from project meetings.
• Support design, value engineering, statutory consent, health & safety and procurement processes.
• Develop and monitor programme schedules and performance.
• Lead active construction progress management, reporting on design, cost, time, safety and quality.
• Manage relationships with contractors, design teams, client representatives and other stakeholders.
• Ensure project close‑out complies with best practice, statutory requirements and client expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of construction project management experience.
• Demonstrated client‑side project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and handle complex contracts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
