Senior Quality System Specialist – Maternity Leave Cover (Remote)

About the role

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Quality System Specialist to cover a maternity leave period. The role is fully remote and focuses on the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of the company’s electronic Quality Management System (eQMS).

Key responsibilities

• Act as Business Administrator for the global eQMS, maintaining its validated state and troubleshooting performance issues.
• Collaborate with IT, Compliance, and business stakeholders to resolve incidents promptly.
• Coordinate with platform vendors and Level 2 support teams while managing cost controls.
• Support Veeva Quality Suite releases, ensuring system functionality and stakeholder communication.
• Manage the Super User group and oversee the Good Idea Process for system enhancement requests.
• Generate Veeva Quality Support metrics and prepare senior‑management presentations.
• Participate in regulatory and customer audits as a key member of the audit team.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering digital Quality Management Systems in a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate user feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and partner effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder updates and audit support.
