Senior Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences (Manufacturing & Engineering)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant (or emerging leader) to join our high‑performing Life Sciences team in Cork, Ireland. The role focuses on contract recruitment for CQV, CSV, Automation, MES, manufacturing and operations within leading pharma, biopharma and MedTech organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with Life Sciences manufacturing clients.
• Build and maintain a strong network of technical contractors.
• Drive business growth by managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Position yourself as a market expert and provide consultative advice to clients.
• Take on leadership duties, supporting and developing junior team members where required.

Required profile

• Proven success in recruitment, preferably contract, technical or Life Sciences.
• Strong business development and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Motivated, resilient mindset with a consultative approach.
• Confidence operating in a fast‑paced, competitive market.
