Senior Site Engineer (Civils) – Frankfurt, Germany

About the role
The client, a main contractor, is looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer (Civils) to lead site engineering activities on a civil engineering project in Frankfurt, Germany.
Key responsibilities
- Manage site engineering activities and coordinate setting‑out operations.
- Resolve on‑site issues and liaise with the design team.
- Supervise junior engineers and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Assist with programme delivery and reporting.
- Maintain accurate site records and as‑built information.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a site engineering role with a contractor.
- Strong knowledge of civils, groundworks and building construction.
- Excellent setting‑out and surveying abilities.
- Experience with modern surveying equipment and software.
