Senior Specialist, Product Management

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist in Product Management to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Monday.com and Aha! across the organization. The role ensures smooth onboarding, issue resolution, and drives adoption of Agile Work Management tools.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Monday.com and Aha! support, handling Remedy tickets, onboarding queries, user escalations and vendor management.
• Facilitate onboarding of customers, including license validation, workspace setup, configuration, user training and provisioning.
• Configure and optimise boards, templates, dashboards and workflow automations at workspace and enterprise level.
• Conduct demos and office hours to train users on best practices and new feature roll‑outs.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot integration issues and tool enhancements.
• Support CRQ planning and execution for configuration updates, API changes and production‑impacting changes.
• Monitor platform activity to maintain data quality and resiliency.
• Build and manage reporting through dashboards, DOMO, Confluence and other enterprise tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years in technical product or program management, preferably in enterprise software or agile work management environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams.
• Deep understanding of managing platform tools across an enterprise.
