Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Irish Talent Acquisition team. You will act as a trusted advisor to both top‑tier technology talent and hiring managers, guiding candidates through complex infrastructure, engineering and digital transformation opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide market insights and talent recommendations.
• Proactively map and engage specialised talent pools across domains such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, Architecture, Data Engineering and Enterprise Applications.
• Conduct deep‑dive conversational screenings using modern recruitment tools and structured frameworks to assess capability, technical alignment and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer management and onboarding.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive data, compensation benchmarks and pipeline strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of tech recruitment experience (or 5 years in non‑tech recruitment).
• Advisor mindset with proven ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong organisational and data‑driven approach to recruitment processes.
• Experience working in a specialised agency desk, internal consultative team or RPO environment.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing methodologies, including market‑mapping and passive talent discovery.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern recruitment platforms.
