A leading Dublin‑based professional services firm is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead corporate tax compliance for complex group clients. This senior position offers the chance to mentor junior staff and act as a trusted advisor to client finance teams while progressing toward partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of corporate tax returns for large, complex groups.
• Ensure full compliance with Irish corporate tax legislation and reporting obligations.
• Serve as the primary tax contact for senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with audit and advisory teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior tax professionals, building a high‑performing team.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance compliance efficiency.
• Stay up‑to‑date with corporate tax developments, legislation, and emerging issues.
• Support business development and strengthen client relationships.

Required profile

• ACA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 6 years of corporate tax compliance experience, preferably with complex group structures.
• Excellent technical knowledge of Irish corporate tax.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and lead a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client‑focused mindset.
