Service Delivery Manager / Technical Account Manager SaaS

About the role

A leading software and technology organisation is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery, support and continuous improvement of business‑critical technology services for a key customer at Dublin Airport. You will act as the primary on‑site point of contact, linking customers, operational teams and technical specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams.
• Represent the service on‑site, ensuring clear communication between remote and local teams.
• Oversee day‑to‑day service delivery, working closely with operational and engineering teams to maintain high standards.
• Manage service changes, upgrades and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain asset management, inventory control and operational documentation.
• Produce regular service reviews and performance reports.
• Support incident, problem and change management activities within an ITIL‑aligned environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex technology services in a business‑critical environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage at all organisational levels.
• Good technical awareness with the ability to quickly understand new products and services.
