ServiceNow Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to join a Dublin‑based team on a permanent, hybrid basis. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day administration, configuration and continuous optimisation of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring reliability, security and alignment with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure core ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management.
• Manage user access, roles and group structures to maintain governance and security.
• Monitor platform performance, resolve technical issues and coordinate upgrades and patches.
• Design, build and maintain workflows, automation rules, UI policies and service catalog items.
• Support the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and asset lifecycle processes.
• Create and maintain operational reports, dashboards and automated data extracts.
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Produce comprehensive technical and process documentation and provide user training and support.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on ServiceNow administration experience.
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management frameworks.
• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator accreditation.
• Strong analytical mindset with effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
