Site Manager – Residential Projects

About the role
The successful Site Manager will lead the on‑site team for an award‑winning main contractor, delivering high‑quality residential projects safely and on schedule in Drogheda.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and coordinate all trades and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
- Manage site budgets, schedules and progress reporting.
- Resolve on‑site issues promptly to minimise delays.
- Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders and senior management.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of site management experience on residential or housing projects.
- Trade qualifications or an engineering degree/diploma.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication abilities.
- High degree of responsibility and accountability.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office package.
