Site Reliability Engineer – CI/CD & DevOps Automation

About the role

The Next Edge BizOps team at Mastercard is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer who will drive CI/CD pipeline development and champion DevOps automation across the organization. You will work closely with developers to ensure production‑readiness and help shift‑left practices to improve reliability and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with development teams to design, build, and support technology services.
• Implement and maintain system availability, capacity, performance, monitoring, self‑healing, and deployment automation.
• Lead daily operations with a focus on incident triage, root‑cause analysis, and proactive risk mitigation.
• Drive the DevOps transformation by standardising tooling, processes, and best practices.
• Coordinate with product, quality, and release teams to align on change management and compliance.
