About the role
SimoTech is looking for a Site Services Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between the company and its clients. You will ensure service excellence, nurture long‑term relationships, and support the growth of site‑based resources that help deliver life‑enhancing medicines worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and build lasting partnerships.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives to propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and proactively resolve issues.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements.
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Engineering, and Managed Services teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Represent SimoTech at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to define role requirements, source candidates, and conduct technical interviews.
- Perform performance and rate reviews for Site Services personnel and mentor their career development.
- Track account performance, revenue, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 + years of account management experience, preferably in the life‑sciences sector.
- Familiarity with GMP, regulated‑industry compliance, and automation environments.
- Proven ability to engage engineering, operations, and procurement teams in pharmaceutical or biotech companies.
- Strong independent work ethic combined with collaborative teamwork.
