SMB Account Manager – Gemini Enterprise & Google Workspace

About the role

Google Cloud is looking for an SMB Account Manager to drive growth of Gemini Enterprise and Google Workspace solutions across its small‑business customer base in Ireland. You will act as the primary point of contact for existing customers, helping them expand their usage of Google Cloud services while collaborating with partners to uncover new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing Google Cloud customers, ensuring retention and revenue growth.
• Partner with business partners and channel partners to generate new business within their customer base.
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across the broader Google product and services portfolio.
• Collect and share customer feedback with Product and Marketing teams to improve the overall experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in renewals, account management, sales, or a customer‑facing role.
• Experience selling technology and cloud‑computing solutions, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to work with tiered channels, partners, and direct customers throughout the full business cycle.
