Social Media Manager – Ireland & International Markets

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead the social media strategy for Ireland and support additional international markets. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to boost brand visibility, thought leadership and demand generation across paid and organic channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and activate paid and organic social strategies aligned with business priorities and campaign goals.
• Serve as the primary social media lead for Ireland, collaborating with campaign, content, creative and communications teams.
• Support social media activities for other markets, ensuring consistency while adapting to local needs.
• Amplify firm partners and subject‑matter experts through social channels and share best practices across markets.
• Transform marketing assets (reports, research, events, articles, videos) into multi‑week social campaigns.
• Plan, schedule, publish, monitor and optimise content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube.
• Maintain content calendars, manage community engagement and uphold brand standards.
• Own measurement, reporting and performance analysis, linking social metrics to website traffic, lead generation and pipeline impact.
