About the role

Join Cisco's Webex Engineering Group to design and deliver end‑user features that reach millions worldwide. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment alongside UX designers and product managers to create immersive collaboration experiences across devices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and lead new application features used by global customers.
• Translate product requirements into clear technical tasks and implement maintainable components within existing frameworks.
• Investigate customer feedback (CSAT, NPS, metrics) to troubleshoot issues and continuously improve the user experience.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high‑quality, delightful experiences.
• Leverage AI tools responsibly to accelerate problem solving and development efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering or a related analytical field.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong architectural and programming aptitude with a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
• Creative problem‑solving skills and ability to work effectively in diverse, collaborative teams.
• Detail‑oriented with experience defining test strategies and a commitment to quality.

Required skills

• Modern C++, Swift, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Python.
• UI frameworks such as Qt, Cocoa, React, Angular.
• Back‑end technologies: Java (Spring), RESTful APIs, WebSockets, API design.
• Unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing, including test automation within CI pipelines.
• Interest in AI‑assisted development tools (LLM‑based scaffolding, refactoring, test generation, debugging).
