Software Engineer – Backend Cloud‑Native Applications

About the role

We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud‑native services for our AIOps platform. You will work closely with model development and machine‑learning teams to deliver high‑availability, secure, and performant backend solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain core business logic and backend services for the AIOps platform.
• Integrate model inference and data‑preprocessing modules from Large Model Development and ML Algorithm engineers.
• Build and optimise data pipelines that handle massive IT metric, log, and event streams.
• Connect the platform with external monitoring, alerting, and configuration tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and CMDB.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews to improve performance, stability, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable code, conduct unit and integration testing, and engage in code reviews.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and incident response for production systems.
• Share knowledge, contribute to process improvements, and drive product innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or Master’s with equivalent experience).
• At least 5 years of professional Python backend development experience.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
