Solutions Consultant, Global Payroll

About the role

The Solutions Consultant, Global Payroll will act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, helping them understand and adopt Rippling’s global HR‑payroll platform. You will partner closely with the sales team, product, and engineering to showcase the value of the solution and gather feedback for product improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with global sales colleagues to tailor HR and payroll solutions to client needs.
• Gather technical requirements from prospects and translate them into business value.
• Deliver customized product demonstrations that address specific customer objectives.
• Create and present technical and value‑driven content to support the sales process.
• Provide customer insights to product and engineering teams to shape roadmap.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of payroll processes, statutory requirements, and compliance for target countries.
• Contribute to building a best‑in‑class solutions consulting organization.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in a pre‑sales or solutions consulting role focused on HRIS, EOR, or global payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and labor laws across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside sales, product, and engineering teams.
