Solutions Engineer (French)

About the role

As a Solutions Engineer focusing on French‑speaking customers, you will join Notion’s early Solutions Engineering team to help prospects and existing clients understand how Notion can fit into their tech stack and business workflows. You will act as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth deployment and integration of Notion.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the sales organization on engagements with prospective and existing customers.
• Respond to advanced product and technical questions, RFPs, and security questionnaires promptly and accurately.
• Provide technical guidance to enable customers to deploy and integrate Notion effectively.
• Demonstrate custom solutions that showcase Notion’s capabilities for specific workflows and integrated applications.
• Collect and curate structured product feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine technical narratives, including blog posts, webinars, and customer‑facing collateral.
• Educate the sales team on product updates, competitive positioning, and typical customer environments.
• Document technical considerations and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in both French and English.
• Experience working closely with sales teams in a technical pre‑sales or solutions engineering capacity.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business‑focused guidance.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for helping customers solve problems.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of Notion’s product capabilities and integration options.
• Experience handling RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical documentation.
• Ability to create and deliver technical demos and custom solution showcases.
