Staff Nurse – Flexible Shifts, Competitive Pay

About the role
Access Healthcare is seeking qualified Staff Nurses who want control over their schedules and the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings across Ireland. You will choose the shifts that fit your lifestyle, from short‑term assignments to ongoing placements.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality nursing care in hospitals, community care and private facilities.
- Adapt to different shift patterns, including long day, short day, night and sleep‑over shifts.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinical protocols.
Required profile
- Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Minimum six months post‑registration nursing experience in Ireland.
- Strong clinical and professional skills.
- Additional post‑registration qualifications are desirable but not essential.
- Irish, EU or UK citizenship, or a valid Stamp 4 work permission.
