About the role

Access Healthcare is seeking qualified Staff Nurses who want control over their schedules and the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings across Ireland. You will choose the shifts that fit your lifestyle, from short‑term assignments to ongoing placements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care in hospitals, community care and private facilities.
• Adapt to different shift patterns, including long day, short day, night and sleep‑over shifts.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinical protocols.

Required profile

• Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Minimum six months post‑registration nursing experience in Ireland.
• Strong clinical and professional skills.
• Additional post‑registration qualifications are desirable but not essential.
• Irish, EU or UK citizenship, or a valid Stamp 4 work permission.
