Store Colleague - Full Time

About the role

A full-time Store Colleague position in Dublin, within a fast-paced retail environment. The role centres on delivering a positive customer experience every day, supporting customers and helping them feel valued and excited about the products. It involves an active presence on the shop floor, working alongside a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming experience for customers, giving support and product information where needed
• Help achieve team sales objectives by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products and promoting complementary items
• Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation across the shop floor, keeping fixtures, displays and stock areas clean and organised
• Replenish stock so products are available and correctly displayed in line with company standards
• Complete operational tasks such as processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing and preparing deliveries
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily operations
• Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements, and work collaboratively with colleagues
• Support with additional duties as reasonably required
