Store Manager – Farm & Home Retail

About the role
Kinisla is seeking a Store Manager for its Bella Cross Farm & Home store. You will lead daily operations, support customers in‑person and via phone or email, and ensure the store meets sales and service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle enquiries by phone and email.
- Collect outstanding payments and manage cash handling.
- Control stock, merchandise products and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Drive sales growth and achieve store targets.
- Maintain health, safety and retail‑excellence standards.
- Oversee housekeeping of the store and yard areas.
- Develop new ideas to expand the business.
- Manage inbound and outbound deliveries.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar retail environment.
- Strong customer‑management and commercial abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead a store team.
