Store Manager – Flagship Fashion Store in Dublin

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our flagship high‑street fashion store in Dublin. You will own the performance of a high‑footfall location, drive sales, and champion an exceptional customer experience while embodying our people‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for store sales, profitability and KPI delivery.
• Lead, inspire and develop a large in‑store team, including managers and supervisors.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast‑paced fashion environment.
• Analyse sales data and fashion trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Recruit, develop and retain top retail talent.
• Ensure operational excellence across all store functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Store Manager in high‑street fashion retail.
• Strong track record of delivering commercial results in a high‑footfall setting.
• Deep understanding of fashion trends, product and visual merchandising.
• Excellent leadership, communication and people‑development skills.
• Hands‑on, energetic and motivating management style.
• High commercial awareness with the ability to react quickly to trade changes.
