Store Supervisor (Full-Time, Mon‑Fri)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Store Supervisor to lead a retail team in Kildare, Ireland. You will act as the key link between our products and customers, supporting the management team and driving store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deputise the management team in achieving KPIs and profit opportunities.
• Set and monitor daily and weekly sales targets for the team.
• Run reports to track KPIs and update management on performance.
• Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, administration and rota planning.
• Deliver exceptional one‑to‑one customer service, ensuring the customer comes first.
• Inspire, motivate and develop staff through training, coaching and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Strong customer‑service background with proven team‑management experience.
• Track record of developing and growing retail teams.
• Experience driving KPIs and sales targets in a retail environment.
• Good understanding of store operations.
