Store Supervisor – Full‑Time (Mon‑Fri)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is looking for a Store Supervisor to lead a vibrant retail team in Kildare. You will act as the key link between our products and customers, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deputise for the management team in achieving KPIs and profit targets.
• Set and monitor daily and weekly sales targets for the store team.
• Run performance reports, analyse KPIs and provide updates to senior management.
• Oversee store operations including stock management, payroll, administration and rota planning.
• Deliver a high‑standard, one‑to‑one customer service experience.
• Inspire, motivate and develop staff through training, coaching and product knowledge sessions.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi Strauss brand and its values.
• Strong customer service background with proven team‑leadership experience.
• Track record of developing and growing retail teams.
• Experience meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales targets in a retail environment.
• Good understanding of store operations, including stock and payroll processes.
