Store Supervisor – Gelato Shop

About the role

Gino's Gelato is seeking a motivated Store Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Killarney shop. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a premium gelato experience while supporting a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations.
• Motivate and coach team members to upsell, cross‑sell and promote special offers.
• Prepare staff rosters, manage stock levels, handle cash, and oversee opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and customers.
• Provide training, recognition and performance feedback to all team members.
• Implement store marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, HACCP standards and food‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience in a retail or food‑service setting (preferred).
• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Local residence or willingness to commute to Killarney.
