Success Architect – Service Cloud

About the role

The Success Architect role sits within Salesforce’s Cloud Success team, a technology‑focused group that blends support engineering, proactive monitoring, and product advisory expertise. You will partner with strategic customers to ensure their Salesforce environments are designed, secured, performant, and governed for long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer impact by delivering technical guidance across design, security, performance/scalability, and governance pillars.
• Collaborate with Support Engineers to resolve immediate technical issues and identify root causes.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to provide strategic best‑practice recommendations.
• Liaise with Salesforce Product teams to surface recurring challenges and influence product enhancements.
• Embed data‑integrity and application lifecycle management practices into customer implementations.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting strategic, enterprise‑level customers.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and best practices.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance.
• Strong collaboration skills across support, success, and product teams.
