Supervising Pharmacist – Jervis Street

About the role

Boots Ireland is seeking a Supervising Pharmacist to lead the pharmacy team at its Jervis Street store. You will combine clinical expertise with operational leadership to deliver high‑quality care in a busy retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and care conversations to customers and patients.
• Ensure the pharmacy meets legal, ethical and professional standards.
• Lead and develop the pharmacy team through training, coaching and performance reviews.
• Conduct regular audits, risk assessments and reviews to safeguard patient safety.
• Collaborate with the wider healthcare team to deliver integrated care solutions.
• Drive the pharmacy’s commercial performance while maintaining service excellence.

Required profile

• Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
• Respected by peers, customers and external health professionals.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and national/local health services.
• Commercially aware with an understanding of the healthcare market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
