Supply Chain & Logistics Manager (Hybrid)

About the role
This hybrid position leads a complex, multi‑site supply chain operation across three main warehouses and regional depots. The manager ensures product availability, operational efficiency, cost control and service excellence while supporting business growth and transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end supply planning and inventory management across multiple locations, balancing service levels with working‑capital targets.
- Oversee warehousing and distribution operations, standardising processes and driving productivity improvements.
- Manage the full fleet lifecycle, including acquisition, maintenance, utilisation, cost control and regulatory compliance.
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts for equipment, consumables and logistics services, delivering procurement savings.
- Supervise facilities and premises management to ensure health, safety and quality standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in senior supply chain or logistics leadership, preferably in a multi‑site environment.
- Strong strategic mindset with a track record of driving continuous improvement and cost‑reduction initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work effectively from Athlone with occasional travel to Galway and Dublin.
