Supply Chain Manager – Construction & M&E

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join a leading M&E contractor in Mayo. The role will own procurement, logistics, supplier management and inventory control to support the delivery of major engineering and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes for construction and M&E projects.
• Coordinate logistics and oversee inventory control to ensure timely material availability.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and monitor performance.
• Drive cost‑control initiatives and commercial optimisation.
• Utilise ERP systems and purchasing platforms to process orders and track spend.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of supply chain experience, preferably in construction or M&E.
• Strong background in procurement, logistics and inventory management.
• Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage contracts.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on cost control.
• Experience using ERP and purchasing platforms.
