Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to join our Dublin team. You will be responsible for managing purchasing, logistics and supplier relationships to ensure smooth material flow and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end purchasing and procurement activities.
• Coordinate supply chain operations to guarantee material availability.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and service agreements with suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Oversee logistics and transportation activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and resource availability.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to reduce delays.
• Improve information flow between purchasing, operations, warehouse and logistics teams.
• Analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements.
• Produce reports, track KPIs and support strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Supply Chain & Procurement role within an Irish company.
• Proven expertise in purchasing, logistics, inventory and supplier management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Track record of reducing delays and improving operational efficiency.
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Unrestricted right to work in Ireland.

What we offer

• Competitive salary €40,000 – €45,000 (DOE) per year.
• Full‑time permanent contract.
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm onsite in Dublin.
