Support Pharmacist – Community Pharmacy Role

About the role

As a Support Pharmacist at Boots Ireland you will deliver expert pharmacy care, providing advice and reassurance to customers and patients while ensuring safety and compliance in a community setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the pharmacy strategy by offering professional care and advice.
• Make legal and ethical decisions for the pharmacy.
• Build pharmacy capability within store teams.
• Conduct continual reviews through audits, observations and risk assessments to safeguard customers and patients.
• Provide a range of professional pharmacy services.

Required profile

• Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
• Professional, caring character with a strong desire to deliver outstanding patient care.
• Respected by peers, patients and external professionals.
• Passionate about community pharmacy and collaborative team work.
• Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and national/local services.
• Strong communication skills to meet varied customer needs.
