Tax Manager – AI Training Expert (Remote, $80/hr)

About the role
Ethos is seeking experienced tax managers to help train a cutting‑edge language model on professional presentation and slide‑deck tasks. This fully remote, freelance position offers flexible hours and an hourly rate of $80.
Key responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated tax‑focused presentation decks.
- Develop technical position summaries, client advisory slides, reform impact analyses, and tax provision communication materials.
- Ensure all outputs meet client‑ready quality standards and reflect accurate tax structuring concepts.
Required profile
- CPA, JD, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 4 years experience at a top tax practice (e.g., Big Four).
- Proven ability to communicate complex tax positions in client‑ready materials.
- Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide‑craftsmanship skills.
- Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
