Tax Manager

About the role

Xeinadin is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its growing Taxation Team in Cork. You will be responsible for delivering both compliance and advisory tax services to a diverse portfolio of individual and corporate clients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a varied client portfolio covering individual and corporate tax compliance, debt restructuring, succession and estate planning, and tax‑based fundraising schemes.
• Provide bespoke tax planning advice, VAT advisory, and support for overseas transactions and international tax assignments.
• Participate in Revenue audits, tax appeals, and represent clients in discussions with tax authorities.
• Conduct legislation and tax‑related research, and respond to ad‑hoc technical consultancy queries.
• Prepare and file tax compliance returns and supervise a team of trainees and junior staff.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualified.
• 1‑3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in tax within a small‑mid sized practice.
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
