Tax Senior Expert – $80/hr Remote Contract

About the role

Ethos is seeking experienced tax seniors to help train a cutting‑edge AI language model on professional presentation and slide‑deck tasks. This fully remote, flexible engagement allows you to work on your own schedule while contributing to AI‑driven tax communication tools.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated presentation decks for tax structuring, technical position summaries, client advisory, reform impact analyses, and tax provision communications.
• Ensure all materials meet client‑ready standards for clarity, accuracy, and visual impact.
• Collaborate with the AI research team to provide feedback that improves model performance on tax‑specific content.

Required profile

• CPA, JD, or equivalent qualification with at least 4 years of experience at a top tax practice (e.g., Big Four).
• Proven ability to communicate complex tax positions in client‑ready materials.
• Expert‑level proficiency in PowerPoint slide design with meticulous attention to detail.
