Teach English in China – Full Training, Visa Sponsorship & Support

About the role

English 1 is looking for enthusiastic entry‑level teachers to deliver English lessons to young learners in China. The position is designed for recent graduates or professionals transitioning into education and includes full training, visa sponsorship and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to students aged 3–16 using an interactive, immersive classroom approach.
• Deliver high‑energy lessons with English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students build confidence in their language skills.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities and student engagement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus; sponsorship available.
