Team Leader – Fraud Focus (Fintech) – Cork

About the role

As a Team Leader in our Cork fintech hub, you will head a group of Risk Operations specialists focused on fraud detection and prevention. You will shape processes, mentor staff and act as the primary liaison for our fintech client, ensuring high‑quality service and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Risk Operations specialists.
• Conduct regular 1‑2‑1s, team meetings and performance reviews.
• Drive KPI achievement, manage staffing and maintain service level agreements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the client, building strong relationships and handling escalations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design training, improve processes and implement operational enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams in a risk, fraud or fintech environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships.
• Ability to foster a culture of innovation, openness and continuous improvement.
