About the role
This permanent, full‑time and pensionable position is for a Team Manager within the health and social care sector. The role is based in Roscommon Town and serves the surrounding areas of Kilteevan, Athleague and Tremane/Rahara. It is open to both HSE and non‑HSE applicants and is advertised on behalf of a publicly funded organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of social care professionals.
- Ensure the delivery of high‑quality care services in line with public sector standards.
- Coordinate service provision across the designated locations.
- Maintain compliance with relevant HSE guidelines and policies.
Required profile
