Technical Project Manager

About the role

Our Dublin‑based client is seeking a proactive Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives from planning through delivery. You will work in a collaborative environment, coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring high standards of execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technology projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate resources across technical and business teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.
• Act as the primary liaison between project teams and client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and ensure deliverables meet agreed expectations.
• Prepare and present project reports, performance updates, and key insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Maintain project documentation, governance processes, and delivery metrics.
• Identify potential challenges early and implement mitigation strategies to minimise risk.
• Support continuous improvement of project management practices, tools, and methodologies.

Required profile

• Several years of experience managing projects in technology, software, or digital services environments.
• Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks and software development practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable operating in client‑facing roles and building trusted professional relationships.
• Desirable additional language skills, particularly Spanish or Portuguese.
• Background in consulting, managed services, or customer‑focused delivery environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Jira or similar project‑management tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
