Technical Project Manager / Product Owner – Omnichannel Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager / Product Owner to lead the omnichannel and application ecosystem for a multi‑brand retail group. This senior, product‑led position blends project management, technical expertise and commercial insight to drive our digital roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the digital product roadmap, backlog and delivery across multiple brands and channels.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives, from requirements gathering to post‑launch optimisation.
• Manage the core technology ecosystem, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, ERP, POS and loyalty platforms.
• Coordinate complex system integrations, data flows, ETL processes, XML and database structures.
• Maintain data consistency and oversee mapping, transformation and information exchange across applications.
• Build and manage relationships with vendors, system integrators and technology partners, ensuring quality and value.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams and solution architects to achieve measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Product Owner or Digital Technology Lead.
• Strong track record of owning product roadmaps and delivering end‑to‑end solutions.
• Hands‑on experience in Agile, product‑led environments and multi‑brand retail contexts.
• Commercial awareness and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
