About the role
Salesforce is looking for a French‑speaking Technical Support Engineer to join its fast‑growing Technical Support Team in Dublin. You will be the first point of contact when customers need immediate technical assistance, delivering friendly, expert help while troubleshooting complex issues.
Key responsibilities
- Own the complete end‑to‑end customer support experience.
- Provide prompt, detailed analysis of technical challenges and business issues.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components and standard Salesforce functionalities.
- Take ownership of customer issues through to resolution, including internal communication and best‑practice guidance.
- Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles for both internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate continuously with the team to improve efficiency and morale.
Required profile
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
- Customer‑facing experience or strong customer focus.
- Degree or diploma in Computing/STEM or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce platform.
- Programming languages: Java, PHP, Python, Ruby.NET, JavaScript, Perl.
- Web technologies: HTML, JavaScript, XML, APIs.
- Database concepts and SQL.
