Trust & Safety New Associate – French (Dublin)

About the role

Accenture is looking for a French‑speaking Trust & Safety New Associate to join its Operations team in Dublin. You will help keep online platforms safe by reviewing user‑generated content and supporting the broader Trust & Safety community.

Key responsibilities

• Review, classify and, when necessary, remove content (text, audio, video, user profiles) according to client guidelines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving client policies and apply them consistently.
• Investigate complex content issues, escalate or resolve them, and communicate findings to the Trust & Safety team.
• Advocate for users while maintaining objectivity and neutrality.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives and continuous training programs.

Required profile

• Strong emotional resilience and stress‑management abilities.
• Excellent comprehension and communication skills in English (B2) and French (C1).
• High attention to detail and ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Critical thinking and sound decision‑making skills.
• Passion for internet culture and awareness of political and social contexts.
