About the role

Synchronised Solutions is recruiting qualified companion‑animal veterinarians for a range of small‑animal clinics and veterinary hospitals across Ireland. The positions cater to professionals at different stages of their career, from those seeking their first international assignment to senior clinicians and practice leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality medical and surgical care to companion animals.
• Manage case loads, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure compliance with veterinary standards.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to deliver client education and support.
• Participate in continuous professional development and mentorship programs.

Required profile

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine (Licenciatura or Grado).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in companion‑animal practice.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and eligibility for registration with the Veterinary Council of Ireland.

Required skills

• Competence in small‑animal clinical examination and diagnosis.
• Surgical skills appropriate to companion‑animal procedures.

What we offer

• Annual salary ranging from €45,000 to €90,000, dependent on experience and responsibilities.
