Warehouse Operative – Dublin

About the role

dormakaba is seeking an experienced logistics or warehouse professional to set up and run a new small warehouse/stock facility in Dublin, reporting to the Managing Director and based at the Citywest Business Campus.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse, including goods receipt, put‑away, picking, dispatch and stock checks.
• Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (couriers, clients) to guarantee timely and correct order fulfillment.
• Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience across all warehouse functions, preferably with team‑leading or supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to operate a counterbalance forklift and handle items up to 25 kg.
• Self‑motivated, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Counterbalance forklift operation
• Experience with SAP or other MRP/ERP systems (preferred)
