Warehouse Operative – Fixed Term (12 months)

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our Logistics team in Ballycoolin, Dublin. This 12‑month fixed‑term position supports the fast‑paced, regulated environment that delivers products to our retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out end‑to‑end pick and pack processes, including line replenishment and stock balancing
• Load and unload deliveries of scratch cards and consumables safely and efficiently
• Process returned stock from retail agents according to established procedures
• Assist with inventory planning and periodic stock control activities
• Operate mechanical handling equipment and forklifts as required
• Support wider Sales & Operations functions such as Mailroom, Premises, Draw Operations, and Tele‑Sales when needed
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity, and compliance at all times
• Be available for occasional work outside normal hours to support deliveries and stock receipt

Required profile

• Reliable and motivated individual who thrives in a team but can work independently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate work at pace

Required skills

• 1–2 years experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Experience in pick‑and‑pack operations
• Valid forklift licence
• Basic IT skills (keyboard proficiency, ECDL or equivalent desirable)
