Warehouse Operator – Full‑Time, €32,000 per year

About the role

Join DSV’s fast‑moving warehouse team in Baldonnell as a Warehouse Operator. You will work in a safety‑focused environment, handling highly sensitive and high‑value products while meeting strict service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all Health & Safety, hygiene and PPE requirements at all times.
• Participate in safety programmes, operational audits and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Comply with SOPs, quality standards and company procedures.
• Carry out picking, packing, receiving and dispatch tasks efficiently to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory, report errors and support cycle‑count activities.
• Handle goods safely, including high‑value items, and maintain clear communication with internal teams.
• Work both independently and collaboratively to achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Previous warehouse experience, especially in picking, is desirable.
• Physically fit with experience in packing and loading.
• Proven ability to meet targets and achieve pick‑rate KPIs.
• PPT licence is advantageous but not essential.
